Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Administrative Assistant will support the CEO and executive team in essential travel, planning, and managing of administrative duties for the next phase of hyper growth

What you’ll do…
Provide Administrative Support
  • Protect and maintain confidential information
  • Manage the calendar of the CEO
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Track expenses and reimbursements
  • Send emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Create agendas, take meeting minutes and maintain meeting cadence for team and departmental meetings
  • Coordinate client meetings, including agendas, materials and meals as needed
Provide Business Support managing the
  • Paid Time Bank (PTB) balance
  • Incoming mail and deliveries (onsite and offsite)
  • Office schedules
  • Office maintenance items
  • Office and marketing swag inventories
  • Special projects as assigned

    Plinqit is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Some travel and office appearances are required for all positions. We are a hybrid of remote and in person company; we leave it up to you and your manager to agree on how often you come into the office. We offer cell phone and internet stipends to help ensure your home office is a great place to work.
